Scope, fees, ownership, and handover. The written agreement for your project is the document that controls.
These terms apply when you ask NuvanceX to plan, design, or build software, or to continue a product you already have. A written project agreement, proposal, or statement of work controls if it conflicts with this page.
Using the website, sending a note, or booking a discovery call does not by itself start a paid project.
NuvanceX helps founders and businesses go from an idea to a working product. That can include product scope, design, development, AI inside a workflow, payments and other connections, launch, and further development after launch.
The first version is the scope we agree before serious development starts. Work outside that scope is a change, and we agree it separately before it is built.
You do not need a finished specification to talk. A project starts when both sides accept the scope, the fee, and the timing in writing. Email is enough.
A focused first version often starts around $5,000 and is often ready in about 4–6 weeks. The agreement states the actual price and timeline. Larger products take longer.
The fee, the payment schedule, and what each payment covers are in the project agreement. We do not start the paid build until the first agreed payment is received, unless the agreement says otherwise.
A change in scope can change the fee and the date. Ongoing development after launch is a separate engagement, usually monthly, and ends when either side ends it in writing.
You own the product we deliver for you, and the project assets named in the agreement, once the agreed fees for that work are paid. The agreement is what defines the handover.
Tools, libraries, and services made by other companies stay under their own licenses. We can show the work as an example of what NuvanceX has built, unless the agreement says a project is confidential.
Decisions, access, and feedback in reasonable time. If those wait, the timeline waits with them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us, and for the accounts and services the product needs to run, such as hosting and payments.
You can take the product forward with your own team, or continue with NuvanceX. A handover includes the access described in the agreement so you are not left without the product.
We are not responsible for how the product is used after handover, for third-party outages, or for business results such as revenue or user growth.
To the extent the law allows, NuvanceX’s liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will try to resolve a disagreement by talking first.
